RPOA: Pretending to be your HOA for over 50 years! 

RPOA was founded as a not for profit corporation that works for and is paid for by the residents of Rockwood Park to repair roads, work on dockage and beach and supply water to residents. That’s it. We believe it should have been named The Rockwood Park Utility Corporation.

Would you want your water company telling you what to do with your private property and how to use it, then fining you for your disobedience? 

We wouldn’t and we won’t. And those tricky buggers aren’t even a legally formed Association, so they have no legal authority to tell anyone to do anything. Heck, we still haven’t figured out if they have the authority to hold a vote. But we’re trying to figure it out. 

 

 

Do you refuse to cast an uncertain vote on restrictive bylaws for a non-existent HOA? We get it. We’re baffled, too.

Don’t worry, we won’t pound our big gavel and yell at you to shut up. As fellow owners in Rockwood, we actually want to hear your concerns about the “bylaws’ being forced upon us by the “leadership” in Rockwood Park. 

Look we like free hot dogs and hamburgers every July, but we’re not sure we’re getting the better end of this deal.
